Gamers are in constant pursuit of the best games in the market; after all, we all know that everyone who is a gamer loves games. However, we also want our money’s worth – what we want are the best games, those that are the top of the line. Below is a list of some of the best games Nintendo DS Lite has to offer.

Art Academy
This Nintendo game allows aspiring artists (and those who are just plain bored) to broaden their artistic skills and widen the range of their creativity. Learning art has become a lot easier, as well as a lot more portable with the Nintendo DS. Now, gamers can learn the basics on colors, as well as the basics in painting and sketching with an in-game teacher. This comes will effects that are realistic and simulate the real experience. Gamers can now have the enjoyment and creativity in learning the fine elegance of artistry without the boring lectures in art school or the hassle, not to mention the mess created, in painting.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong
This game will pit against your wits with its 200 puzzling levels. Gamers, particularly those who are in love with puzzles will be delighted with this Nintendo game. The story line begins with Mario’s theme park’s grand opening. Here, Pauline is a special guest, and the first 100 guests of the theme park are given a mini Pauline toy. The fun starts when Donkey Kong becomes the 101st guest in the theme park. But, instead of walking away without the Pauline mini toy, he grabs Pauline and disappears into the theme park. Mario’s mission is to save Pauline through guiding a group of Mini Marios through the 200 puzzle levels. Using only a stylus as a weapon, gamers must guide the Mini Marios through various traps made by Donkey Kong.

Nintendo DS Lite Best Bundles Fun Things That Are Easy On The Wallet

Saturday, March 19th, 2011

In an economically uncertain world like what we live in, every penny or pound counts. Prospective buyers of Nintendo DS Lite, whether they are buying for a loved one or for themselves, should consider how many games they actually intend to play on the console. Some gamers are selective by nature. Thus, they only play specific games, and stick to these games for quite some time before moving on to another. In these types of cases, it’ll be a lot less painful for your pockets to consider buying a Nintendo DS Lite bundle instead.

A Nintendo DS Lite bundle is the most practical solution for selective gamers, or even those who are hard-core. In buying a Nintendo DS Lite bundle, people get the game as well as the console itself. Some bundles even provide freebies like accessories that are exclusive and unique to the package. Nintendo DS Lite bundles also proffer some colors that are unique to the bundle itself – colors like ice blue (from the Nintendo DS Lite Brain Age Bundle) and black/silver (from Nintendo DS Light Guitar Hero – On Tour bundle) cannot be found on systems that are sold separately. But those who already own Nintendo consoles shouldn’t worry. There are bundles sold separately for owners who already have the system.

Buying Nintendo DS Lite bundles will shave off some of your expenses as well, seeing as they’re priced lower than the sum of their individual components (meaning, they’re a lot cheaper than buying the game and the console separately). There are different bundles available, depending on gaming preference. Each has their own specific exclusive accessories and colors, as well as games. So not only are they cheap, there is also a variety to choose from.

Nintendo DSi Manual

Tuesday, January 18th, 2011

When you purchase any kind of gadget from a store you will always find a manual in the box that will help you in the initial startup and use of the gadget you have purchased. This is true with the Nintendo DSi manual as well. These manuals will help you learn how to use your DSi system while giving you troubleshooting and care instructions as well. This way you can start using your new gaming system with relative ease until you figure out all the neat little tricks on your own from continued use.

But, there might be times when you don’t have a Nintendo DSi manual after your purchase and that can be a bit confusing for some people that aren’t use to these gaming systems. Let’s say you purchased your Nintendo DSi second hand rather than purchasing a new one from a store. A lot of people lose, or throw away, their manuals rather than keep them around. This means that by the time the system gets into your hands, there is no manual for you to look through, and that can be a headache for some people. However, the good news is that you can find one online.

A Nintendo DSi manual can be downloaded free of charge for your DSi gaming system. This means that even if you have lost your own, or you have purchased a used system, you will still be able to get your hands on the manual to make sure you are using the system correctly. If you don’t want to download it, you can have the option of reading through it online, instead. This just makes it easier for people to learn everything they can about their new DSi system, and gives you many options on how to do it.

Nintendo DSi SD Card

Saturday, January 8th, 2011

If you have a Nintendo DSi, then you know how important it is to get a Nintendo DSi SD card so that you can save your data to it for later. Everything these days requires you to use an SD card, and the DSi is nothing different. But a lot of people might not know that you can do much more than just save your game data to these cards. They can be used for saving the pictures you take with the DSi camera or for storing music that you can listen to as well.

There are many uses for your Nintendo DSi SD card that you might not be aware of, although some of these uses are not sanctioned by Nintendo and can actually void any warranty that you might still have on the gaming system. These will include using third-party applications, or hacks, that can open the DSi to do many more things than what might be listed in the owner’s manual. One of these things is the ability to use the DSi as a book reader, much like the Kindle. You can download games online and transfer them to your DSi as well.

Whatever reason you might have for purchasing your Nintendo DSi SD card, you should be sure to get one that is compatible with your system. Not all SD cards are made the same and some of them even have too much storage capability, thus making it incompatible with your DSi gaming system. Just make sure that you fall within the minimum and maximum storage limits and you should do fine. The maximum SD card it can handle currently is up to 32 GB and this should be more than enough for anything you would need to save.

Nintendo DSi Shop

Monday, January 3rd, 2011

The Nintendo DSi shop is a great place for any DSi owner to find software and media without having to spend an arm and a leg at their local store. This online store was put together so that people could search through the available games, and various other software that is available for the DSi without having to leave their homes. They can also use points instead of paying cash for it, although you still have to purchase the points in order to use the service. But there are free things you can find that you can download as well.

The Nintendo DSi shop is much like the Wii online shop in that it gives you the ability to purchase software related to the gaming system you are using. You can use a Wii point’s card to purchase DSi points, although if you do this, you will not be able to use the Wii card for purchasing things from the Wii store any longer. So be very careful on how you decide to spend your points unless you want to buy more cards. You should also remember that you have to redeem all the points on your card at once, and you cannot split them up between the two shops.

The Nintendo DSi shop is a great place for people to browse through media and games that they may want to purchase. It is comparable to the app store for the iPhone but is strictly limited to the DSi gaming system. The fact that Nintendo is offering people other options as to how they can purchase things for their DSi gaming system shows that they take their gaming very seriously, and they know that a lot of people are getting into the online aspect of handheld gadgets.
